3. Ownership

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. User Content

If the Software allows you to upload or process videos or other media:

You retain ownership of your content.
You grant Vidzmode a limited, temporary license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Vidzmode does not claim ownership of your uploaded files.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you use.

5. AI & Generated Output Disclaimer

The Software may use AI technologies to enhance or modify content.

Vidzmode does not guarantee accuracy, quality, legality, or originality of generated results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before commercial or public use.

6. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Some features may require payment or subscription.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Vidzmode reserves the right to change pricing or features at any time.

7. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions. These updates may be installed automatically and are governed by this Agreement.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

Vidzmode may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidzmode disclaims all warranties, including:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidzmode shall not be liable for:

Loss of data
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Software.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vidzmode from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.
